ABOUT THE UNITS
Sunnyhill Housing Co-operative has one, two, and three bedroom units. Built in 1978, the townhouse style two and three bedroom units are divided over three floors. The one bedroom units are single story. The upper most ceilings in all units are vaulted, covered with cedar planks, and have open wooden beams. Over the years Sunnyhill Housing Co-operative has been home to many different members. This means that although the different unit types are uniform in layout, each unit will have their variances. Each unit will have it's own colour palette and flooring type. Bathrooms and kitchens are renovated in stages and some units have built-in features such as sheds, fireplaces, skylights, or sunken living rooms. No two units are exactly alike.
